PROv2 Series
Tomcat’s PRO Floor Scrubber Dryer leverages simple design, durable construction, and unmatched value. The PRO Rider version features a powerful all-gear transaxle for easy ramp climbing and operator comfort. Operators will appreciate the easy maneuverability in tight spaces and simple servicing, while the steel shrouds and large polyurethane rollers protect the wall.
The Tomcat Pro, automatic ride-on floor scrubber is smaller than many of our walk behind scrubbers and uses the “keep it simple” philosophy to offer the most durable micro rider in the market. Made to the same stringent standards of our larger ride on scrubbers, the pro uses a full steel frame, solid rear axle and a heavy-duty front drive. This construction does not rely on plastic tanks for the structural integrity of the frame.
The Pro’s unique power to size ratio makes it ideal for tight areas and facilities with small elevators move the scrubber from floor to floor. The poly rollers integrated into the steel frame protect the wall and deck simultaneously keeping the machine and your facility safe. The small size of the Pro makes it less intimidating for operators and allows access into most rooms thought standard doorways.

CRZ v2 Series
The Tomcat CRZ mid-size battery floor scrubber is durable and comfortable. Loading docks, long hallways and assembly spaces are easily cleaned and the optional batteries give extended scrub time. Increase operator productivity in your facility over a traditional walk behind auto scrubber while adding agility and diversity in cleaning. Extended run times mean more output per shift.
The Tomcat CRZ high performance ride on scrubber is our most adaptive ride on scrubber driers. The flexibility comes from its narrow frame, 34” and large capacity 33-gallon solution tank. This allows the machine to fit thought a standard 36” doorways which allows entry into classrooms, labs, gymnasiums, community event areas, group assembly places and other spaces you would find in schools hospitals and health care facilities.
The CRZ floor scrubber offers simple quiet operation in standard mode and its operating sound level are reduced further by operating in economy mode, which also extends run time. Low noise and optimized water control are key features our healthcare customers require. The vacuum motor is protected by our patented vac box system that arrests foam and excessive recovery water should it pass the automatic shut off in the recovery tank. With our patented service cabinet, the operator can easily maintain the machine with crucial maintenance items located in one area.
The CRZ has a full front apron like it’s larger and smaller siblings to protect the operator, while affording superior comfort with adjust steering columns not found on similar sized riders. EXv2 Series
Tomcat’s EX Rider battery floor scrubber dryer intelligent design, and durable construction offer an exceptional value. With large scrub deck options and a relatively narrow frame the EX bridges the gap between mid and large size batter floor scrubbers. Its steel frame and large polyurethane rollers protect the deck from wall markings, ensuring a long-lasting and reliable machine.
The EX is a heavy-duty ride on floor scrubber made for big open areas such as gymnasiums, field houses and warehouses. An operator can clean up to 255,000 square feet per charge making them very productive. A 46-gallon solution and 49-gallon recovery tank capacity reduce the number of drain and fills and increases efficiency. With deck sizes from 29” – 37”, both disk and cylindrical, operators can clean larger areas in less time and with a cylindrical deck, it reduces the need to pre-sweep saving even more time.
When using a battery floor scrubber in such large spaces, it must be durable and dependable. The Tomcat EX ride-on floor scrubber is both. Made in the USA with a welded steel chassis 3/16” thick, the EX will last for years. The machine includes a flip up steel rear bumper, poly rollers and optional protective side doors made of steel with additional poly rollers to better protect the scrub deck. A stainless-steel squeegee with Linatex blades dries the floor completely behind the operator and has a break away feature should it hit something. The wastewater is drawn up from the squeegee, into a drain saver basket to catch large debris, protect the recovery tank, sinks, and floor drains from clogs. The vacuum motor is protected with our patented vac box system, that will arrest and divert water before it can enter the vacuum motor.
Service and maintenance on the EX are simplified with the patented service cabinet, yellow highlighted touch, and maintenance points. The tip back tanks allow the operator and service personnel to access additional maintenance and service areas while standing. The forward seating position and front wheel drive-steer permits greater maneuverability and line of sight for the scrubber operator.
